Matthew Harty, President/CEO
Matt Harty founded Converged Network Service Group after more than 18 years of experience in the data and telecommunications industry. As President of XO Communication's Commercial Division, Matt was responsible for the sales, marketing, and service implementation of XO's products to business customers across the Continental U.S. Previously, Matt held senior leadership positions with MCI and Frontier Communications. Matt graduated magna cum laude, with a B.A. in Political Science, from Villanova University in 1991, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
David Wilson, VP of Sales
David Wilson joined CNSG with more 10 years experience in sales and sales management roles in the voice and data communications sector. As a top performing Sales Manager for XO Communications Enterprise Account team, David was responsible for voice, data, collocation, hardware, and managed solutions sales to XO’s enterprise and government customers. Previously, David was a senior sales manager with Allegiance Telecom. David graduated from Elon College with a B.S. in Business Management and Management Information Systems.
Ryan Will, Managing Partner
Ryan Will joined CNSG with more than a decade of senior management experience in the data and telecommunications industry and will lead CNSG’s expansion efforts. As Vice President, Internap Network Services, Ryan managed sales in the Eastern U.S. Region and Canada; and, as VP, Sales and Retention at XO Communications, he managed the South Region, providing network and hardware solutions to small, medium, and enterprise businesses. Ryan holds a B.S. in Business Management from Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business.
Frank Llaneza, Director, Business Development
Frank Llaneza joined CNSG with substantial experience in intensive credit analysis, financial modeling, private equity ventures, Debt Capital Markets, corporate bond restructuring and liability management. Previously, Frank managed Wachovia Securities debt and equity exposure for the Corporate and Investment Bank's distressed syndicated loan portfolio. He has served in various leadership roles in the Media & Telecommunications, IT/Business Services, Consumer Products and Specialty & Chemical products sectors. In addition, Frank has been involved in a number of entrepreneurial ventures, including real estate acquisition and development and fiber-to-the-home provisioning. He graduated as the First Honor Graduate from the Citadel, Military College of South Carolina.
