Converged Network Services Group (CNSG) Names Ryan Will to Managing Partner Experienced Telecommunications Professional to Lead CNSG's Southeast Expansion October 6, 2009 CNSG is a Charlotte-based telecommunications consultancy and master agency, delivering objective and technically sound telecommunications solutions to enterprise customers of all sizes that enable them to improve efficiencies and reduce costs. In his new role, Will takes the lead in expanding the company's operations across the Southeast, which will better serve CNSG's current and future clients and partners. Atlanta, Georgia is the first city CNSG has targeted and the company will announce broader expansion plans in the near future. An industry veteran with over twelve years of results driven sales experience, Will's leadership and senior management experience in the data and telecommunications industry is widely known and highly respected. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Sales for Internap Network Services, leading the sales effort for the East Region and Canada, where he sold IP, Colocation, and Managed Server solutions. Prior to joining Internap, Will was Vice President of Sales and Retention for XO Communications where he managed the South Region, providing network and hardware solutions to small, medium, and enterprise businesses. His leadership increased XO's sales productivity, lowered customer churn and developed a customer-focused culture. Will also spent six years with Allegiance Telecom, working in various sales and sales management roles. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business.
