Flexible space built to suit any need. colocation space is offered in three configurations: cabinets, cages and suites. For enterprises with specific requirements, custom configurations can be supported.

Managed Installation service by an experienced team of engineers, which offers comprehensive support for rapid and reliable deployment of customers’ equipment. Provisioning and cross-connect services are processed within guaranteed intervals. Back channel circuits are available from most local access carriers located in the region.

Remote Hands services provided by on-site technicians who perform diverse tasks at the customer’s request including equipment server reboots, circuit testing, cable and card replacements, and regular exchange of backup tapes or other removable media. Around-the-clock Remote Hands services are available at all data centers.

Redundant Private Network Access Point (P-NAP®) Architecture
This is an innovative way to route data and avoid the Internet’s points of congestion. Rather than provisioning traditional single ISP network access, the Performance IP service intelligently routes across major Internet backbones via its Private Network Access Points (P-NAPs). This insulates your traffic from the risk of network outages, providing reliable, stable and predictable connectivity.

Intelligent Route-Control Technology
This technology created a proprietary route-control platform that overcame the limitations of traditional routing policies. It also monitors the performance of each Internet backbone, routing your traffic across the best path to provide faster and more reliable content and data delivery than traditional routing methods. The route-control technology considers path characteristics like latency, packet loss, route stability and congestion when making routing decisions.
